    蒸汽鍋爐機組的啟動應該注意哪些?

    所謂燃煤蒸汽鍋爐啟動實質上是指整個鍋爐機組的啟動,所謂燃煤蒸汽鍋爐啟動實質上是指整個鍋爐機組的啟動。即使蒸汽鍋爐從靜止狀態轉變為帶負荷運行的過程,亦即蒸汽鍋爐點火到額定負荷(單元機組)或并入蒸汽母管(母管制機組)過程。

    通常分為冷態啟動和熱態啟動。熱態啟動又包括溫態(停運時間>24h<48h熱態(停運時間>8h<24h和極熱態(停運時間>2h<8h三種啟動方式。所謂冷態啟動,    根據蒸汽鍋爐啟動前所處的狀態不同。就是鍋爐處于室溫狀態下的啟動。例如檢修后蒸汽鍋爐的啟動,或是停爐備用時間較長,汽壓已降到零狀態的啟動。熱態啟動,就是指短時間停爐備用的鍋爐,由于停爐時間不長,鍋爐還有一定的汽壓,爐內還蓄有大量熱量狀態的鍋爐啟動。冷態啟動和熱態啟動的內容、方法基本上是相同的只不過熱態啟動是冷態啟動已經運行了若干過程基礎上的啟動。因此,熟悉了冷態啟動的過程,自然就掌握了熱態啟動。

    蒸汽管道的暖管、汽輪機的啟動與鍋爐的升壓同時進行,    滑參數啟動有以下的優點:啟動過程中。從而使整臺機組的啟動時間縮短,增加了運行調度的靈活性;整臺機組的加熱過程是從較低的溫度和壓力開始的金屬受熱膨脹比較均勻并使受熱面得到良好的冷卻,由于開始進入汽輪機的蒸汽壓力和溫度均較低,蒸汽的容積流量較大,容易充溢汽輪機,而且流速也較大,汽輪機的各部分均勻而迅速的升溫,不致于產生過大的熱應力;啟動過程經濟性提高,特別是設置旁路系統的機組,啟動過程中可回收工質及利用工質的熱量,工質損失和燃料消耗減少,機組在啟動過程中即可以發電。
