When the resistance at both ends of the water level electrode is lower than 100k, the controller thinks that the water surface is higher than the electrode; when the resistance at both ends of the water level electrode rises above 500K, the controller thinks that the water surface is lower than the electrode.
4. Liquid level floating ball control (customized function, please specify when ordering): for the use of pure water or deionized water (the conductivity is very low, which causes the water level electrode to detect the water level failure, we use the floating ball water level monitoring. The boiler water level is controlled by triggering the float switch by the liquid level.)
5. Remote control: the remote control can realize the single machine operation of the equipment, or the host can give the switch start signal to realize the remote start of the equipment, and implement process monitoring and alarm output reminder during the operation process.
6. Alarm protection: after the controller is turned on, it will continuously detect the pressure sensor, water level electrode and its own circuit, and immediately alarm and shut down the boiler for protection in case of any fault. The controller automatically displays the fault point, and the buzzer in the machine sends out an alarm.
